TV Memory Privacy Policy
TV Memory is an app by VXAGames for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV that helps you keep track of the series and movies you watch.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. In short
TV Memory does not collect personal data. It has no user accounts, it does not send your library to VXAGames servers —there are none—, it shows no ads, uses no analytics and does not track you across apps or websites.
2. What is stored on your device
Your library —the titles you add, the episodes and movies you mark as watched, their dates, your ratings and your settings— is stored on your device. VXAGames has no access to it.
3. iCloud copy (optional)
If you turn on the cloud copy, the app stores a copy of your library in the private iCloud database of your Apple Account (CloudKit) to sync it across your devices. Only you can access it; VXAGames cannot see it. That storage is managed by Apple under its own privacy policy. You can turn the copy off in the app's settings and delete the app's iCloud data from your device's iCloud settings.
4. Third-party services
To search for titles and show their details and images, the app connects to TheTVDB (thetvdb.com). For actor photos, it connects to Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons. Only what each request needs is sent: your search text, the identifiers of the titles or people, and the language. As with any internet connection, these services receive your device's IP address. Your library and anything that identifies you are never sent. Each service has its own privacy policy.
5. Children
TV Memory does not collect data from anyone, including children.
6. Controller and contact
Controller: Vicente Molina Camacho (VXAGames), Spain.
For any question about this policy: contacto@vxagames.com. Since VXAGames does not process personal data through the app, it holds nothing about you that you could ask to access or delete. If you email us, we will only use your email to reply to you and will not share it with third parties. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Changes
If the app changes what it does with data, this page and its date will be updated before that version is released.
